2012-02-18 Bill Eichelberger's Viking 6

Another victim of the E9 bonus delay.  This E9-6 was more like an E9-9.  By the time the ejection charge fired, the rocket was heading down at a rapid rate, well past apogee.  Chute fouled in rear fins and rocket recovered flat.  One fin assembly broke off.
