(2011-11-07 06:58:36)2011-11-07 06:58:36Wilfred Ashley McIsaac made history on October 31st, 2011 at the Gananoque Aerodrome in Eastern Ontario when he launched his ARCAS rocket with 18 pounds of thrust over county lines carrying Canadian postage. The 1936 stamps onboard were made 75 years earlier but never used because no one had built a rocket to deliver them. And you thought your mail was late.
