Brief:
I had five minutes spare, so I thought I'd build one of the easy rockets in the build pile. It's part of Estes' Star
wars range.
Takes longer to open the packet than to build.
Construction:
Parts consist of:
- The naboo fighter
- A stand for the naboo fighter.

- Two BT 5 in black
- Nose cone
- Fin can
- Coupler with shock cord already attached
Using CA gel, the rocket glues together in seconds.
Normally I would replace the shock cord with Kevlar®
but I will probably only fly this rocket three times, and the cord will hold up for that long. After that I'll probably
sell it to someone on ebay!
Motors and altitude are:
- 1/2 A3-2T 157 feet.
- A3-4T 330 feet.
- A10 -3T 316 feet.
Given how small the BT is I might go for a streamer instead of the 'chute.
Construction Rating: 3 out of 5
Flight:
So far I have only flown her on an A1 0-3Ts
Good flights, straight and gains a good hieght, but the parachute is a tight fit and would be prone to setting on
a cold day. I used plenty of talc to prevent that. Will move to a streamer for future flights.
Flight Rating: 3 out of 5
Overall Rating: 3 out of 5
