Brief:

The smallest and cheapest Estes rocket.

Construction:

This kit comes in a tiny plastic bag, but all of my pieces were ok. This rocket was very easy to build, only 7 pieces. The fins were small, but not that hard to put on.

Finishing:

Pros: -The rocket is very small and cute looking. -I have made three and found that red and yellow are the best colors. Con's: -None

Construction Rating: 4 out of 5

Flight:

Pros -It goes high and fast.

Cons -From the instant it leaves the launch pad to when it ejects it's engine is is VERY hard to see. -After the ejection if you loose sight of it for one second it will probably never be found. -Nearly impossible to recover when using an A10 or a 1/2A3, I have lost two of my three. I recommend using a 1/4A3 engine, but recovery is still difficult. -Tumble recovery doesn't work to well, I have had many fins break off or in half, even when I used epoxy.

Recovery:

Pros: -None

Cons: -Cannot see the rocket because it is so small and there is nothing flapping around like a parachute or streamer.

Flight Rating: 1 out of 5

Summary:

This is a good looking rocket, but not a very good flier.

I would recommend buying a few of them, because they are cheap and easy to build, but they can be lost easily.

Overall Rating: 3 out of 5
