Flight Log - 2019-08-04 - Matthew Bond's Apogee Mini Condor 002

13mm Boost Glider with unique plastic molded wing joint that gives both a fixed dihedral angle to the balsa wings, but also sets the incident angle of the entire wing when it is attached to the fuselage boom, greatly simplifying both construction and trimming.  Standard boost pod arrangement with a molded plastic glider hook.

Same model used at NARAM 60.  Nice and straight off the rod and under boost, arcing a bit during the coast.  Good separation and transition to glide.  Settled into a fairly tight circle and just kind of hung overhead for a bit.  Started to climb slowly, staying pretty much straight overhead for several minutes.  Finally gained enough altitude that it picked up a little wind and headed off to the south.  One timer lost sight at 6:20, the other at 7:19.  Last seen climbing away to the south.  Maxed out, lost.
