ROCK is an Orlando-based model rocket club which encourages children and adults to embrace the exciting, fun, safe, and educational hobby of sport rocketry.
ROCK holds launches on the first Saturday of each month at the Barr Street entrance to the Little Econ State Forest in Oviedo, Florida. Everyone interested in model rocketry is invited to attend our launches. Our club provides launch pads and controllers. Bring your own rockets, motors, and other launch supplies as well as a folding chair, water to drink, and snacks.
ROCK also helps youth groups such as Scouts with rocketry activities and students participating the National Association of Rocketry's Team America Rocketry Challenge.
