I am a student, an obsessed rocketeer, and a pilot. Right now I am working on finishing up a ppl rating, then my next target is my multi-engine rating, Instrument, and CFI.
My Rocketry "adventures" started out like many people who are out there flying - I was introduced to model rocketry as a youngin' . One day, a friend showed my Dad some videos of flights out at Black Rock Desert and talked about them. Less than 2 years later, my Dad had an AeroPac membership, and we were working on an L1 cert rocket (TRA). Though, we recently decided to switch to NAR, and will be obtaining L1 and L2 This year, and I have plans for L3 next year (2013).
Now, I would consider myself Obsessed with rockets, as i have many times more designs than I have money for. I fly exclusively with AeroPac, out at Black Rock Desert, NV.
I try to refrain from building many kits. I like to scratch build. I also like building max performance stuff.
