EMRR is pleased to introduce the Who's Who in Rocketry Register.

Once upon a time, Bob Fortune created his Whozat database with the following definition: "Whozat is a register of rocketeers from around the world. It is very informal and serves to put a face with a name and a bit of history or background." This database disappeared in 2002. EMRR exchanged e-mails with Bob many, many moons ago with the agreement and intention of getting Whozat going again.
