Winds were gusting to 25 or 30 mph, so I picked a fast burn G151 on a 1.6lb rocket. Windcocked a bit at launch and dove with a 13 second delay. Parachute did not fully deploy. Suspect the th 6 grain CTI ejection charge did not enough power to fully push out the chute. No damage and altitude near 1,700 feet. Landed 100 yards away.
