Second test of Rocket Club's custom made engine. It takes about 1 lb of potassium nitrate + sugar fuel. The thrust is estimated to be about 150 lb under proper operating conditions. The graphite nozzle had been fired successfully once before. We believe the graphite nozzle itself broke under pressure. The second clip is from a GoPro at 120 fps, 10% speed.
