Two M Motor Failures at LDRS XX

A solid fuel M Motor flies out of control randomly around the launch pad while spectators run and watch. It is immediately followed by a hybrid "M" motor rocket failure. The hybrid motor is a blowdown type which causes a "buzzing" vibration that spoofs the avionics into triggering the ejection charge and deploying the parachute early while under boost.
