The second flight for the Minion 6 on the J800 yet again. The rocket is a 6" stubby rocket that weighed 20.5lbs on the pad. The rocket arced away from the launch area and landed about 300' off of Suz Road in the field, visible from the road thanks to the fluorescent pink and green x-type topflight parachute. The J800 is a great "Bong" motor with a peak thrust of 1,001 newtons but burns for a short 1.5 seconds. This gives the rocket an abundance of thrust off the pad but only propels it to about 2,000' giving it less time to get in trouble with the trees or water that surround the launch area.

Typical head-end dual deployment with the main at 900' and the backup at 700' (I would like to drop it to 800' with 600' for the backup). The primary altimeter is the Altus Metrum Easy Mini, and backup is a Missileworks RRC3. Sadly, the Featherweight GPS didn't lock on before the flight so no data was captured. Tracking was left to the backup Wildman radio tracker, but fortunately not necessary since the rocket was visible from Suz Road.

NOTE: For some odd reason, the motor must be entered with a delay. This was a plugged motor, with electronic dual deploy so there was no delay used.

Actual Altitude: 1,918.00 Feet

Looks like the nosecone struck a fin
EasyMini readout from the flight. Slightly lower apogee than last flight due to arcing off the pad.
