Flight Log - 2016-06-04 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Centuri X-24 Bug

From 1973, Centuri's original lifting body design.  I had one back then but never got a "glide" out of it.

Made from online scans from the JimZ website. Easy build, beefed up the shroud with acrylic paint and Scotch tape.

A good straight boost and a loud shotgun ejection. After a couple of tight flips it settled into its glide phase. There was a few stalls so a little the new clay will be trimmed off.
