Other than a Kevlar shock cord, this was a stock build and paint to match the display card.

First and last flight of this gem was a demo for Cub Scout Pack 387. The little Venture ripped off the pad and nearly out of sight. The winds aloft were too much and carried it off across the launch site, into a neighboring woods. It was never seen again. Despite the tragic ending, it generated a lot of enthusiasm among the kids. We will certainly be building a replacement soon.
