This is our two stage Double "L" rocket that if lying on a CTI K520 and CTI I55. The second stage did not start for some reason and currently is under investigation, but first assumption based on current data is most likely a short somewhere on the starter connection for the upper stage. Take note of the tether on the booster section on decent (lower left hand corner video).
