Peter gets his National Association of Rocketry Level 2 High Power Rocketry Certification this past weekend. Icarus II, Mk II, a 4" diameter, 91" long rocket flew on a Aerotech K456 "Dark Matter" motor, and it reached an altitude recorded by the onboard altimeter of 5,008ft! Successful dual deploy recovery system with a 24" drogue at apogee followed by dual 30" mains at 750ft.
