Rocket Name: 2.70x Upscale Super Neon "Sooper Neon"
Flyer's Name: Matthew Bond
Motors: I303-ALTIM
Expected Altitude: 2,890.00 Feet
Wind Speed: 4.00 mph
Launch Site: NSL 2011
Actual Altitude: 2,973.00 Feet

Great dual-deploy flight of the recently repaired Neon.  Very fast off the rail, slowing down quick after burnout.  Arcing away from the flightline, good drogue deployment at apogee.  Good main chute deployment at 500 feet, lakebed landing about 100 yards out.  Rocket got caught in a massive dust devil before I could reach it and took a pretty good pounding along the ground.  Both the booster an payload sections will need some work.
