This is the very first onboard video taken from my D-Region Tomahawk which I've modded with an in-nosecone electronics bay. Shot on a basic 808 camera; the engine was an Aerotech RMS 24/40 loaded with an E18. Lessons learned: I over-drilled the delay grain so the flight wasn't as high as I'd hoped, I need to secure the bay better to prevent it from kicking down when the ejection charge fires, and I need to find a way to get the camera pointing more horizonally. I'm experimenting with removing the innards from an 808 camera and mounting them directly into the bay. Securing the lens appears to be the biggest problem, as the only thing connecting it to the PCB is a ribbon cable. Still, not bad for a first shot. Lots more coming!
