Prometheus is a military-style sport rocket designed with 29mm black powder or SU motors in mind.  The tubes are 18" lengths, with a 2" long balsa transition, a BNC-60TB nose cone from ASP and a 2" long boat tail.  It has a 6" payload section under the nose to allow for altimeters, etc.  Both sets of fins overwrap the transitions, which makes for a pretty sleek appearance.
