Flown as a single stage rocket.  Saw the puff of smoke as the delay charge fired, but did not see the streamer deploy.  MIA.  Will do the math and make a GPS projection tomorrow, to see if it can be recovered.  UPDATE: Rocket was within 50 meters of projected location!  Its bright colors once again caught my eye.  Two fins were broken off, nose cone missing, shock cord present but snapped.  I suspect the rocket slammed into the roof of a nearby building, and bounced down to its final resting place.  RIP.
