2017-04-13Estes Alpha III & Launch Set Flight Wind @ ~10mph didn't phase it. Straight up flight. After 20+ flights, chute is starting to not open. Tried packing by wrapping cords around chute. After 20+ launches, the parachute is getting stuck and crinkled, and not opening - recovery on this fly was basically a Streamer with no chute opening. Estes Baby Bertha Flight Wind @ ~10mph, very stable straight flight in gusty winds. Recovery picture perfect. This is the MINIMAL motor to use when flying in gusty conditions.

Estes Baby Bertha Flight Wind @ ~10mph, SEVER wind-cocking to 90 degrees immediately after thrust completed.
Then a heart-stopping delay of a second or two when the rocket dropped to just 50 feet - and popped the chute. Recovery was picture perfect - only only for a second or two as the chute opened.
