I owned an original Groove Tube when they came out, and I loved the rocket. It was easy to build-no fins-and I have duplicated the design may times with rockets I have constructed. All it takes is some half decent card board tubes. Probably the easiest field rocket to repair I have ever owned. Plus, since the tubes don't protrude past the body tube, they don't get messed up very often.
