Brief
Ready to fly packaged with two rockets, launcher, and 8 motors.

Construction
The Quest Micro Maxx product adds a new dimension to the hobby. With these new 6mm motors the ability to construct micro scale models is now possible.

The starter kit (all that is available to date) comes packaged with two ready to fly rockets, 8 motors, and a laucher. No construction required. The only item not included is a 9V battery.

Finishing
Everthing is assembled and ready to go. The quality of construction is appropriate for tyhe $15 price tag.

Flight
The starter kit that I purchased included the Raw Fusion and Vector I. These are the two that are most "standard" in appearance.

The special iginitors and motors worked well each time. The rockets flew to about 50-75 feet. Each flight was straight with a slight weathercock into the wind (slight breeze) at apogee.

Recovery
Both used a piston type ejection system, eliminating the need for recovery wadding. The streamer comes about 6-8" long and does not deploy well. I found that by cutting it back to 3-4" I got a successful recovery each time.

Flight Rating: 4 out of 5

Summary
A great product to introduce youngsters to the hobby. The lower power and ready-to-fly aspects lends themselves well.

For the experienced rocketeer it adds the ability to build smaller scale or competition models as well as build staging configurations that were not possible before.

Worth the $15 investment. Although you should consider the rockets as disposable. The plastic rockets will not last for much more than an average of 4-8 flights each is my guess.

The review above is accurate. The starter kits pack some fun flights, especially for the price. We bought about every model they made. The Raw Fusion and Vector both flew very straight and high for the size of their motors. Great for the backyard! The starter kits also make good presents for younger kids (and their parents) that may be interested in getting into the hobby.
