Rich Bremer launches his PML Io rocket at OROC's Rocknech Launch on February 28, 2010 in Tillamook, Oregon. An Aerotech H97J-M Blackjack reloadable motor was used to successfully launch and recover the Io in order to earn his Tripoli Rocketry Association Level 1 Certification
