Brief:
Single engine 18mm rocket with four tube lander legs and a large chute. This allows this rocket to gently touch down on all fours every now and then when conditions are good.

Construction:
BT-60 body tube, 4 BT-20 for legs, 4 centering rings CR20-55 for the base of the feet, balsa nose cone, 1/8" launch lug, a small screw eye, 24" all rubber shock cord, and a nice large chute.

The instructions were very easy to follow. I used the Estes fin markers to mark the body tube. I pre-glued the fins and main tube so when I stuck them together they stayed stuck. I also used a 1/4" screw eye for a little extra nose weight.

Finishing:
After every thing dried I primed and painted it red and gold.

Flight:
A8-3 is not enough power. B6-4 is the one good boost was slow but straight. The C6-5 pushed it real nice. I used a little dogbarf wadding to protect the chute. Two nice flights and one not so nice.

Recovery:
Recovery worked 2 out of three times, no damage to rocket at all.

Flight Rating: 5 out of 5

Summary:
It is a nice project for anyone to undertake. I liked the kit because of the tubes for legs.

Overall Rating: 5 out of 5
