Willard Kauth was one of the early investors in Model Missiles, Inc. (MMI), the model rocket company founded by his son-in-law, G. Harry Stine, and others.
Kauth is best known as the founder of the Boys' Athletic League and co-founder of the Girls Vacation Fund. The New York City organizations maintain country camps for underprivileged children.
