Epic failure. My first dual deploy, the scratch built Milestone. 6ft tall, 2.6" diameter, made from Blue Tube and fiberglass fins. First flight on a CTI I212 Smoky Sam, with an Adept22 altimeter. Due to sheer laziness, I didn't double check the recovery harnesses, and neither parachute was connected. No structural damage, thank goodness, just some paint cracks and damage to my pride.
