Flight Log - 2010-09-29 - Bob Francis's Astrobeam
Daniel purchased this rocket with his own money. Following a crash that damaged the top body tube, we replaced the damaged tube with one about 9 inches long.

First night launch of Astrobeam. Engine trail visible and LED lights visible, but not overly bright. Parachute did not deploy and rocket hard landed at the edge of the cul-de-sac. No structural damage and LED lights still worked.
