Very cold (10, -3 wind chill). One camera died due to cold batteries. Able to launch low flight into 10 mph wind. Low flight (maybe 200 feet). Parachute did not deploy. Landed about 15 yards southwest of the launch site. Snow broke its fall. No damage.
