Recently we went out to El Mirage Dry Lake Bed, about 2 1/2 hours from LA, and we launched 5 homemade Estes model rockets. My thanks to Licia, Millie, John, Preston, Bryan, Mattia and Filippo for all their help in the desert. We had a blast. Pun intended.
