Good boost. Deployment near apogee. Quest 'stiff, krinkley' pastic chute deployed but did not inflate even though it was powdered. Only damage was a bit of a crush on fin tip. Soaked in water and it swelled back to shape then wicked in some thin CA. Altimeter Two battery died on the pad.
