This is a kit produced by Bay Area Rocketry consisting of a laser cut plywood fin can, a 3.9" diameter crayon bank, kevlar and elastic shockcord, nose cone bulkheads, hardware, and an instruction manual.

Marcus from Bay Area and I did a Crayon drag race. Mine was an H165R while his was an H178DM. Needless to say the outcome was as expected with a 29mm vs 38mm.
Nice flight, good deployment at or just after apogee. More importantly the recovery hike was a short one.
