AWESOME!!!  First flight and went with an AT RMS E18 as a test (used an AT 24-29mm adapter and masking tape thrust ring).  Set about a foot down on launch rod and let it rip!  Buzz-sawed it's way up to about 250' (quite a cool sight and sound!) and helicoptered it's way down slowly and safely onto grass.  I had initial worries about how this would perform, but it performed like a champ!  I'll have to try F15-0 next and then maybe BIGGER!!! =D
