Decent "first" real flight/glide.  C6-3 was a much, much better motor for this chubby bird.  I angled the launch rod back away from field to account for angled launch and rocket flew up with authority mostly straight, but still forward towards field (as planned).  Great looking launch, ejection just after apogee and height was impressive (glider looked like a speck in the sky).  Glider pitched down after ejection, but then leveled and did a spiral glide down.  Unfortunately the winds suddenly shifted to opposite direction and the rocket started gliding away (Ken's mind then said "RUN!!!").  After a few spirals, glider pitched downwards again (likely a small gust) and then started a bigger spiral, still moving away.  Luckily glider finally fell down just on the far end of the launch field about 300' away and was in great shape.  Very fun glider, but not for windy/gusty/unpredictable days.
