Bad motor choice-Rocket lift-off underpowered. Rocket flew low for about 100yds, then crashed. Nose cone and upper half of rocket crunched. Rebuilt by cutting rocket in half and attaching new BT-80, repairing some of the turbine shrouds, replacing nose cone with NC-80b, spraying, decalling and finish clear coat.
