Driving cross country, got to stop in TN where I made my first High Power launch with this very rocket.  Flight number 23 for this well travelled bird.  New shock cord in the booster section, added a Nomex protector "sleeve" to the shock cord as well.  Decided to fly drogueless on this flight (first time).  Nice boost, smooth and straight off the rail, arcing over at the top of the climb.  Good separation at apogee, lost track of it in the high clouds coming down.  Picked it up again after main deployment at 500 feet.  Near the tree line but drifting back onto the sod.  Grass landing, the avionics bay ended up in a rut full of water.  Dumped it out and left it in the front seat of a hot car for the rest of the day.  Booted up and downloaded fine at home the next day, I haven't decided if I need to get it tested out before I fly it again.  Booster shock cord was extremely twisted/tangled, think I'll go back to the drogue to keep things more controlled.
