2.63" Upscale of the Estes Super Neon.  38mm Motor Mount, Dual Deploy with Pefrectflite MAWD Altimeter.

Winds really starting to gust, tried to squeeze in one last flight, with less than optimal results.  Nice boost, smooth and straight like a tube finned rocket always does.  Arcing over at the top of the climb.  Good drogue at apogee.  I was downrange for the launch and had a good position to catch it right at landing.  Main charge never fired.  Hit the lakebed hard under drogue.  Popped one stub fin off and deformed a couple of the tube fins.  Tube fins were easily pushed back into shape.  Looks like the avionics bay seperated from the upper payload tube during the drogue event and pulled the leads of the main charge out of the terminal block.  Second flight of the day that I had this happen.  Pretty simple repairs,
