Great boost, fast and straight off the rail, slowing down quick after burnout.  Good drogue deployment at apogee.  Heard the main charge fire at 500 feet but no main.  Main payload section looked like it had already seperated.  Lakebed landing under dgugue, no damage.  Avionics bay was separated from the main chute compartment and the main ejection charge was still attached to the bay.  Looks like when the drogue charge went off the payload bay must have hit the end of harness hard enough to pull the avionics bay and main ejection charge loose.  Might need to re-think the whole friction fit concept.
