Both motors lit on the pad.  Nice high arcing boost, more or less horizontal at ejection.  Kevlar shock cord broke/burned through.  main rocket body tumble recovered onto the tarmac, nose cone under chute recovered in the grass.  Nomex heat shield charred and burned through In a couple of spots.  Parachute mostly undamaged with a couple tiny melt spots.  One fin popped loose, motors both scorched where they were next to each other in the motor mount.  Not sure the 2/3 engine clusters work in the red max.
