Stock build of a late '80s Ram Jet. Recently refurbished and put back in flight rotation. I'm planning on building a 2X (BT80) sized upscale soon, possibly a 3X (4") to follow.
Recent flight on 10/5 popped a fin, but that's now (re)repaired. Ram Jet is ready to go once again.
UPDATE: winter of 2015 saw significant reconditioning of this rocket. Fins were removed, straightened, and epoxy filleted, everything heavily sanded, repainted, and new decals were applied. Now metallic yellow to match its 2X upscale that was built at the same time. First flight out of dry dock was a drag race between the two. Successful flights and recoveries without damage all around.

Nice launch, straight and true to apogee, but the chute lines tangled around a fin and never fully opened. One fin popped off, to be repaired...
