I packed my first RMS load wrong, (put one part in the wrong place), and the heat during boost got to my ejection charge setting it off early. Fortunately, the rocket and motor casing parts are alright and will fly again. While I take responsibility for the mistake, the instructions could use some human factors engineering to prevent such things, so I'll rewrite them.
