Investigations are underway after a roller coaster broke down in China, trapping eleven tourists 30m in the air. The incident occurred after the ride, called Skyloop, suddenly stopped, with authorities at World Joyland Theme Park immediately calling firefighters for assistance. "The park dispatched one engineer, and we opened the safety bars on the seats manually with his help before bringing the tourists to safety one by one," said Tang Xiaorong from Changzhou Wujin Fire Brigade.
