Left out the thrust ring, replace with a tape thrust ring on the nozzle end of the motor. Boost was straight up and out of my (near)sight. Also does very well in windy conditions. Great flyer !

How high did it seem to fly on the E9-6 Sam? And did you use streamer or parachute for recovery?
