http://www.ApogeeRockets.com - In this step on the Apogee Components Saturn 1B model rocket kit, you'll mark the fin can tube for the attachment of the resin fins.  Before you can attach the thrust structure vacuum form wrap and the fins you must decide if you are building this model for flight, or for static display. The reason is that models built for flight should have fins that are canted. This will cause the rocket to rotate on ascent, and make the flight straighter. If the model rotates, you can also remove some of the nose weight from the rocket so it flies higher.
