One of the shroud loops slipped a bit at the confluence point, causing the canopy to be a bit lopsided and the rocket fell faster than nominal.  That issue combined with the hard dirt of the ballfield caused a slight crack in one of the fins.  Lesson learned: Always glue the shroud lines together at the confluence point! One drop of glue there could save many drops on the fins.
