Launched with Altimeter Two onboard in payload area.  Very low flight.  Visible throughout.  Parachute deployed, but did not open all the way.  Rocket landed 90 degrees, about 20 yards from the launch site.  Daniel recovered.  The parachute was tangled in the shock cord and did not open all the way.  No damage though.  Altimeter Two recorded data from the flight.
