Uber Streak is an upscale of the Estes "Streak".  It was made from standard materials and is an excellent flyer on 29mm mid-power motors!

The construction included a 29mm motor mount, laminated balsa centering rings, custom made PVC screw-on motor retainer, Estes BT-80 body tube stiffened with epoxy and pantyhose (really!), paper laminated TTW balsa fins, a braided steel leader/ shock cord mount, nylon parachute and over-sized, pen tube launch lug.

Many successful flights have been achieved on motors ranging from an Estes D12-3 to an AT G80-7.  People frequently confuse it with it's more often up-scaled cousin the "Mosquito" but it is in fact the sport-finned version of the teensy yet venerable Streak - just bigger!
