My love affair with ejection baffles is being tested. Apparently D12 and larger motors seem to be more likely to eject itself past the motor clip than eject the parachutes. I'm switching to Kevlar instead for new rockets.  With this rocket, I'll probably drill out the baffle and use Kevlar also.
