Wombat left the pad surprisingly fast on the 1/2A6-2 motor.  Flight was fairly straight with light windcocking and ejection occurred to the back left of the pad.  The rocket started gliding immediately and at one point was heading out for the neighboring cornfield before changing course and heading back our way.  It did several big looping turns before executing a perfect landing out to the left front of the pads.  Might be my best glider flight ever, and definitely the best since my first successful Mach 10 flight in 2002.
