This was supposed to be the first flight of the day, but after three tries on the pad I pulled it down. Took the chute out for use in the US ARMY rocket, but that one already had a chute. After the US ARMY flight, I put this one back on the pad. Without replacing the chute. That's called an "ANOMALY", or an f'ed up flight. The sad part is that it was fifty feet from the ground before I realized why the chute wasn't popping. Heavy sigh.....
